METAPHORIA INC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the PassUS.AI mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

a) Account Information

• Apple Sign-In: Apple-provided user identifier and, if you choose to share, your email address and name. We never receive your Apple ID password.
• Google Sign-In: Google-provided user identifier, email address, and display name via OAuth 2.0.
• Guest Mode: A device-level identifier (iOS identifierForVendor) to maintain your session. No personal information is required.

b) Usage Data

• Practice quiz answers and scores (to track your progress)
• AI mock interview transcripts (processed in real-time, not stored long-term)
• Credit balance and transaction history
• Preferred language setting

c) Voice Data

• When you use the voice input feature, audio is processed on-device by Apple's Speech Recognition framework.
• Only the resulting text transcription is sent to our servers — we never transmit or store raw audio.

d) Information We Do NOT Collect

• Social Security Numbers (SSN), A-Numbers, or immigration case numbers
• Passport or identity document information
• Financial information (payments are handled entirely by Apple)
• Location data, contacts, photos, or health data

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve the App's educational features
• Maintain your account, progress, and credit balance
• Process AI-powered mock interview conversations
• Prevent fraud and abuse (e.g., credit farming detection)
• Respond to support requests

We do not use your data for targeted advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

• Google Gemini API: Processes conversation text to generate AI officer responses. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit: Handles all in-app purchases. We never see or store your payment card details.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain (hardware-encrypted).
• Server data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases.
• All network communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• We do not store AI conversation logs beyond the active session.

5. Data Retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
• Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
• We may retain anonymized, aggregated statistics for product improvement.

6. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

• Google Gemini API — conversation text (no personal identifiers)
• Apple — in-app purchase verification

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a child under 18 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
